New Scandinavian Roots is a jazz quintet based in Stockholm, Sweden. The band focuses on making their compositions into complete experiences where solos are tastefully incorporated. The sound of the group is strongly characterized by the trumpet and the clarinet which blend together into one soft, mellow sound. This makes a great combination with the responsive rhythm section.
