They first met in south London South Bank University dormitories, which were rebuilt from a former insane asylum. Kai describes this place as a place where the ceilings were so high that patients could not hang. Ten feet from the window was a brick wall that can not jump. It was a cold, sad building. The sound of a pencil that fell on the floor of the house echoed endlessly. Depressed but for music immensely inspiring place.
