Mollono.Bass

As a founding member of the legendary quartet Kombinat100, Molle aka Mollono.Bass has been a familiar face on the scene for quite a while now. His intimate passion for electronic music led to the founding of the label Acker Records in 2006, behind which he is the leading mind, as well as the opening of 3000° Records in 2008. But that's not all: The always good-humored Mecklenburger is also involved in the projects Rundfunk3000 and Eulenhaupt & Mollenhauer in the truest sense of the word.

With his solo project Mollono.Bass presents minimal techhouse beats live and on the turntables. This is proven by a multitude of successful releases on Acker and Ostwind Records. And also on the other side of the pond his talent has already been sensed, in the course of a cooperation with Los Angeles-based Absurd Records a series of his works will be released there. As in his productions with Kombinat100, Mollono.Bass embeds warm, groovy and driving drum sets in a dubby, harmonic and emotional sound universe. His organic sound with a touch of atmospheric sounds takes the listener on a journey through space and time.
