Martin Kratochvíl

Martin Kratochvil was the first musician, what brought in the seventies jazzrock behind the Iron Curtain and his band the Jazz Q still attracts a large number of fans. He was also the first Czech who studied jazz at the prestigious Berklee College University in Boston. At present, alternately devoted to music, trekking in the Himalayas and recording of documents from his adventurous journeys.
