Marteria
Marteria (aka Marten Laciny) is a German rapper who also appears with the pseudonym Marsimoto. His stage name is related to the first letters of his first name and to "Materia", the Latin word for substance or matter. After focusing on a football career at F.C. Hansa Rostock and later on male modelling in New York, he concentrated completely on his music. At the age of 16, he already appeared together with the hip-hop group Underdog Cru. This was followed by solo projects and joint publications by artists such as Peter Fox, Jan Delay or Casper. With the number one hit and same titled project Lila Wolken (2012, in collaboration with Yasha and Miss Platnum) he achieved the breakthrough. In 2014, the album Zum Glück in die Zukunft II, which reached directly the top of the charts. In 2017 the albums Roswell and in 2018 1982 followed.
