Triplum
Triplum is a male vocal quartet fascinated by early music and monuments of musical literature - especially Polish. The musicians' ambition is to reach forgotten texts of works from the Middle Ages to the Baroque, "forgetting" old music. The ensemble consists of graduates of the Academy of Music in Cracow and has been operating since 1998. It gives concerts with an a'capella programme in Poland and abroad, at chamber music festivals. Triplum's repertoire includes works from the Middle Ages to early Baroque. The ensemble also performs later repertoire and is involved in the educational activities of the Cracow Philharmonic.
