American band Lamb of God are a key figure in the direction that has been dubbed the New Wave of American Heavy Metal. With a sound inspired by everything from Aerosmith to Shellac, they have been called a groove metal, metalcore and thrash band; on each of their nine studio albums Lamb of God have explored slightly different territory, and their latest Omens takes a turn into more hardcore punk realms than the band's previous output.

Kreator are a cult thrash metal band with forty years on the scene, who also have quite an eclectic output to their name. In the 1980s they were part of the big four of German thrash, along the way accidentally paving the way for emerging death metal with the cult Pleasure to Kill (1986); when thrash metal came to an end in the 1990s, they began experimenting with gothic and industrial influences, also borrowing from death bands that had grown up through their earlier achievements. In 2001, they returned to their roots with the album Violent Revolution, catalysing a thrash revival and starting a new era of sorts. The German band's last album, Hate Über Alles, was released in 2022.

Joining them as support are Australian deathcore crew Thy Art Is Murder, who have already toured Poland with Fallujah, Emmure or Caliban, and Gatecreeper, a very exciting death metal band from Arizona who have been regularly earning accolades in metal best-of-year lists over the past few years.
