Lael Neale
Lael Neale is a lo-fi indie singer-songwriter working in the blurry fringes of indie pop, originally from rural Virginia. She blends influences from various different places: folk, 70s music and more modern balladry, utilizing analogue synthesizers and recording techniques. Her work is inspired by life on her family’s farm, the eerie edges of Los Angeles, where she currently resides, as well as film and religious motives. Her third album, Star Eaters Delight, was recorded during the pandemic while she was helping out with the chickens on her family's farm.
