Kinderchor der Komischen Oper Berlin
The children's choir of the Komische Oper Berlin currently has around 80 members aged between 6 and 16. As an integral part of the opera, it plays a role in all major performances such as La Bohème. In addition, two children's concert rehearsals are held annually with guest performances in other theatres. Children receive voice training appropriate for children in order to always maintain a good level and to prepare the little artists for their performances.
Dagmar Fiebach has been the music director of the children's choir of the Komische Oper Berlin since 2012. In addition to rehearsals and voice training, she also holds regular auditions for interested children.
