Isabelle Gaultier
Far beyond the city limits, the Freiburg-based djane and producer has earned an excellent reputation for her straight, hypnotic techno sets and her polished and technically adept productions. Thanks to a classical education on the piano, her involvement with music theory and practice began as a child. Not least influenced by her brother (Pat le Mandragore), who also works as a DJ, her first attempts at electronic dance music followed in her early youth. At the time of their regular gigs at Douala (Ravensburg) and Dome (Lindau), their first release appeared in 2014 on the label Ab:strakt. Over the years countless gigs followed in the Freiburg area, further in Berlin, Graz and Budapest. Since 2016 Isabelle releases under the label Analog Musiq, produced under the alias French Navigator the downbeat album "Morphobelle" released on Pink Dolphin Ltd. and contributes with the track "Lumino" her part to the Circuit Training Compilation of the Sportbrigade Sparwasser.
