Octopus: Monument + meeting

Monument_ is the second, expected by many viewers film by Jagoda Szelc, the author of Tower: A Bright Day – a surprising debut, which won two awards at the Gdynia Film Festival and a year ago turned out to be an unexpected hit of studio cinemas. The monument is a hypnotic and terrifying story about a group of hotel students who come to a mysterious hotel late at night for practise. It soon turns out that the place does not belong to the ordinary. The desperate manager deprives the heroes of their names and forces them to perform incomprehensible activities. Although the students realize that something is wrong, they don't know that time is relative at the hotel and space becomes an impossible figure.
