Homeland
To Homeland, homeland is Southern Switzerland. To the four musicians, each contributing to successful musical projects in far places such as Berlin and Bern, performing as Homeland means coming home. Indeed they all share the same geographical extraction. Introspective melodic lines, supported by the exuberant creativity of a tight rhythm section, now ticking like clockwork, then painting impressionist soundscapes, well communicate the band’s objective of simply performing good songs, letting both the moment and close human rapport tinge each performance.
