Gigsta

Gigsta is the pseudonym for the DJ, whose real name is Noem Verm. She was born in Belgium, grew up in France and now lives in Berlin. She first went to Berlin for her research. She wrote a dissertation on house and techno criticism in Europe in the 80's and 90's. She does not want to represent a particular scene even though she plays mostly techno and dubstep.
