Gayhane Jubilaums Konzert

Gayhane celebrates its 25th birthday with a concert at SO36 on January 29, 2023.

With Gazino Night, Aziza A. and Turgay Ayaydınlı translate the spirit of traditional Gazino into a contemporary form. They build a bridge from the glamorous times of Istanbul and the new beginning in Berlin of the generation of guest workers to today's polyphonic music scene of musicians with Turkish roots living in Berlin. The soloist from Berlin's Turkish music scene, Kahraman Kilinc, with his repertoire of Turkish, German and English songs from the 80s, will be accompanied by an excellent band led by Aziza A. and Turgay Ayaydınlı.
