Gabriela Szendzielorz
The artist is a graduate of two specialties of the Music Academy Karol Szymanowski in Katowice (theory at the Department of Composition, Conducting and Theory of Music and piano at the Instrumental Department). She has won many prestigious awards, and has also performed at the Bach competitions in Leipzig and Saarbrücken. She also visited many festivals, giving concerts in Poland and abroad. Professor dr hab. Gabriela Szendzielorz recorded for radio and television, also released several CDs. She is a popularizer of contemporary music: she conducts workshops and courses for pupils, teachers and students, and is also the author of publications and articles on contemporary music and improvisation.
