Flut
It all started with a portable VHS recorder and the audiovisual obsession of 5 Upper Austrian boys with the colorful, but also dirty aesthetics of the 1980s. They founded the music group FLUT, moved to Vienna and released their debut EP Nachtschicht. There is not much left of Post-NDW. On the big and small stages in the German-speaking world and the asphalt in between, FLUT honed their sound last year. On the album GLOBAL find FLUT to their very own sound without regard to scenes, zeitgeist or epochs, a sound timeless and global.
