Developer is one of the few active producers and DJs who root in the 90s Los Angeles techno scene. After ending his residency for the radio station 88.7 FM KSPC in 1995 he founded the first techno distribution company of the West coast, Entity Music Distribution, featuring top labels such as Axis Records or Plus 8 by imprints from Chicago, Detroit and the rest of the world.
