Dagna Sadkowska

Violinist and chamber musician. She is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Warsaw, where she studied violin with Krzysztof Bąkowski. She also completed a two-year training in music therapy at the Institute of Neurology and Psychiatry in Warsaw. As a soloist and chamber musician, she has given concerts at festivals such as the Katowice First Performance Festival, "Warsaw Autumn", Jaz Festival of Improvised Music in Katowice, Musical Seismograph III in Warsaw, Contemporary Music Laboratory in Warsaw, Flying Academy of Contemporary Music in Warsaw, New Gdańsk Sounds, Ad Libitum in Warsaw, Audio Art in Warsaw, Warsaw Music Meetings, Musica Moderna in Łódź, Musica Polonica Nova in Wrocław. For several years he has also been active on the improvised music scene. Within the "plain music" project she has performed with John Edwards, Le Quaninh, John Tilbury, Axel Dorner, Thomas Lahn, DJ Lenar and many other artists. Dagna Sadkowska is a co-founder and member of the contemporary music ensemble Kwartludium and a member of the chamber orchestra "Mała Filharmonia".
