Chrom
Chrom (own spelling: CHROM) is an electropop band from Düren. The band was founded in 2007 by the two musicians Christian Marquis and Thomas Winters. The band's name is composed of the letters from their first names. The CHR of Christian and the OM of Thomas. The two got to know each other at their job at the LVR-Klinik Düren. Chrom stands for an effective synthesis of synth pop, EBM and club electro. Chris Pohl of the band Blutegel became aware of Chrom on an internet platform and took them under his wing. Shortly after they got a contract with the record label Out of Line. Chrom are playing numerous shows in Germany, but also abroad.
