Christiane Rösinger

Christiane Rösinger is a German musician and journalist who grew up in Hügelsheim near Rastatt, and moved to West Berlin in 1985. In 1988 she founded the band Lassie Singers, together with Almut Klotz and Funny van Dannen. The band broke up ten years later. Since 1998 Christiane Rösinger is the head of the band Britta, which she founded together with Britta Neander and Julie Miess. She also writes for various newspapers, especially on topics related to pop music and pop culture. In March 2008, she published her first book, Das schöne Leben in which she tells about life in the village and life in the city in short autobiographical texts.
