Bobby Analog
Belfast selector, promoter and producer Bobby Analog has a long history of playing and creating music for dance floors. With roughly 15 years experience in the booth Bobby got his start playing music like many others before him by stealing his dad’s record collection. This kick started an obsession with collecting vinyl.
His ear for a good track took him to New York at the age of 21 where he landed residencies before moving back to Belfast after a year of learning within a thriving music community.
Upon returning to Belfast, Bobby realized the best way to get gigs at home was the DIY approach, so in 2012 he set up a monthly party called Ackright. After this, Bobby launched a weekly party called Aux which was strictly a residents-only night.
Due to a long term love affair with collecting and playing records Bobby decided to give running a record label a go and launched his own vinyl imprint Body Fusion in 2016. The label serves as a home for his own creative output; a way to avoid dealing with A&R people.
