After discovering techno and beginning to DJ at the age of 13, Adam Bannister aka Abstrakt has always been fascinated by techno production and released two records on Klinik Room Recordings in 2015, at the time under his Bano moniker. Since then, his productions have appeared through numerous labels and he has remixed artists such as Christian Hornbostel, Kelvyn Giller, Monococ and many more.
Bannister has a broad musical interest focusing on the entire spectrum of techno music, combining groovy yet driving elements in his productions and DJ sets. Abstrakt has collected a lot of experience in the club scene during his career, and organizes his own club night in Manchester, WalktheHorse, since 2012.
