Lucnica is a Slovak formation that promotes Slovak traditional music, dances and overall Slovak folklore. It was founded in 1948 and since then received the highest awards both in Slovakia and other countries. It symbolizes the original Slovak culture with the typical dances, songs and instruments and is believed to be of the highest possible quality.
