Trujillo

Andrés Astorga aka Trujillo is a DJ, producer and record collector from Venezuela based in Berlin.

After making waves in the electronic scene of his home country, during the past years, Astorga has dedicated himself to several music projects, making himself a name as a prolific artist. He began his DJ career at Caracas, organizing the infamous Voyage parties alongside David Rondón, a monthly event exploring all facets of disco music.

Trujillo's sound has led him to collaborate with renowned European labels such as Apersonal or Sonar Kollektiv, featuring his productions as well as remix works by renowned artists like Mark E or Social Disco Club. The Venezuelan artist has been collecting records since his youth, developing an ever-growing passion for music and records.

Under the True Class moniker he collaborates with Jazzanova founding member Claas Brieler, with whom he shares a deep passion for rare and old music. With their project, they dig for new records in antique shops in the suburbs of Caracas and Berlin.
