The Middle of the Sandwich

Middle of the Sandwich was created during the first wave of the covid pandemic in May 2020. The project was originally founded as a distraction for a few musicians from the vicinity of Šternberk, Olomouc and Uničov to have fun jamming and playing in a temporary rented rehearsal room and to return to their bands after the covid full of new insights and in slightly better playing shape. After a few months, however, all the band members decided to abandon their original projects and Middle of the Sandwich became the number one priority.

The first album Sounds and Smells was released in the fall of 2023.
