spreeagenten

The spreeagenten, founded in 2007, are a group of artists based in Berlin, who realize theater projects and performances in Germany and abroad (e.g. Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia). The search is for international, intercultural and interdisciplinary dialogue. Frequently the spreeagenten develop productions for non-theater locations or site-specific projects. A focus is on research-based productions and forms of documentary theater. Many productions emerge as piece developments or as piece orders to authors. Internationally composed ensembles and cooperation with international artists and cooperation partners are part of many productions. But also amateur ensembles are formed, or professional and non-professional actors are brought together on stage.
