Queen Anne's Summer Palace

Queen Anne's Summer Palace, or just in short Royal Summer Palace or Belvedere was built between the years 1538 - 1560 on the eastern edge of the Royal Garden for the wife of Ferdinand I. Its architecture is very unique. It is one of the few buildings in Prague that is purely in the Renaissance style. At the time of its commissioning it served for courtly entertainment and for pleasant stay in the garden. Today, the Royal Summer Palace is mainly for exhibitions of arts and crafts.
