PKO Čierny orol

Park of Culture and Recreation Čierny orol in Prešov is a contributory organization of the city of Prešov. Its mission is to provide cultural and educational activities, enable citizens to relax, provide social entertainment, education, perform performances by professional and amateur artists and groups, physical education and sports events, competitions, shows and festivals.
