Paradise Lost + support: Messa + Lacrimas Profundere

Paradise Lost will perform on October 29, 2025, at Palác Akropolis. Support will come from Messa and Lacrimas Profundere.

Paradise Lost is a quintet from the British town of Halifax, and since the '90s, they have been creating a dark and melancholic soundtrack to human pain, faith, and despair. With their signature combination of doom riffs, cold atmosphere, and deep vocals, they have established themselves as legends of the genre.

Led by vocalist Nick Holmes and guitarist Greg Mackintosh, Paradise Lost manages to balance between brutality and beauty, between anger and sadness. Their lyrics often explore themes of faith, decay, and human weakness, creating deeply resonant messages for anyone seeking more than just sound in music.

The support will be provided by the Italian chameleons Messa, who blend doom metal with elements of jazz, ambient, and oriental influences, and the German band Lacrimas Profundere, who have organically combined doom metal with dark wave since the '90s.
