Natalie Pleváková
Natálie Pleváková is a composer, sound artist and sound-designer.
In her work she seeks ways out of the temporal determinism of music and fragmented musical perception. Balancing on the edge of apparent chaos and precise composition, he invites the joint discovery of new aesthetic categories in music.
She graduated in 2018 at Janacek Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno in the field of Multimedia Composition. Earlier she completed studies at the Musicology Department at Masaryk University, with a thesis focused on mapping of electronic music education in the Czech Republic and a BA degree in Theory of Interactive Media. Her work focuses on compositional strategies of electronic music in the post-digital era, creating compositions of diverse, overlapping media. She likes to collaborate with theatre, and other forms of AV art.
