Copyright Berlin
Copyright Berlin is an ongoing artists’ project and magazine that was founded in 1999 by Berlin based artists Patrick Huber and Ute Lindner and serves as a non-commercial platform for current artistic positions and strategies. Furthermore, Copyright acts as a publisher of the magazine Copyright which is published irregularly. Since 1999 eight issues have been published, the last three ones dealing with the issue of Spaces/Non Spaces, Presence/Absence and Ethics/Aesthetics. Copyright is now planning its ninth project about space and identity.
Between December 2004 and November 2006 copyright has organized twelve exhibitions and some further events like concerts and lectures at Brunnenstr. 53 in Berlin at the edge of East and West. Since 2008 copyright continues the project space program at Schwedenstrasse 16 in the heart of Wedding.
