Čankišou
Rock, New Age | Music group Čankišou belongs with its imposing, powerful ethno-rock sound to the tip of the domestic world music. During its existence, traveled to many countries, from the island of Reunion in the Indian Ocean to Pakistan. In 2010, as the only Czech played at the prestigious Sziget Festival in Budapest, Hungary. For his plate Lé la Čankišou received a nomination for the Angel of Music Award 2008 in the category of world music. Seven-piece band is dominated by the impressive voice of their singer Karel Herman. Diverse mix of traditional and exotic instruments create a rich and vibrant ethnic inspired music around the world.
