Vlastur
Vlastur started his journey with music as a bass player. Already in the mid 1980s he was a founding member of Cohash Funk, an underground funk group from Athens. In 1998, alongside Frequency Freak, Cohash Funk guitarist and drummer Spiris, he founded Apeuthias Syndesi, now known as Direct Connection – an experimental dub laboratory. In 2007 they released Dub Infection. In September 2019 they released the EP Vlastur Dub Band in Trance (Parvati Recs), which is based on the band's performance at the Ozora Festival in 2018. Vlastur believes that his sound is constantly evolving and the atmosphere remains the same, from rock 'n' roll to punk and from dub to psytrance.
