The sixth year of cannabis festival will take place in the Trojhalí Karolina complex in the center of Ostrava city and will present the cannabis plant in many possibilities of its versatile use.

In the cannabis sector, the last year has been quite busy in the Czech Republic. The popularity of hemp products is increasing across the public. The market is growing in all sectors, and with last year's positive change in Czech legislation and the increasing the THC limit to 1%, growers, processors, sellers and customers have increased. Medical effective and legal hemp plants with a high CBD levels can grow in gardens and backyards. There is certainly also no need to remind the recently launched process towards the legalization and regulated cannabis market, which includes licensed stores, self-cultivation or the form of so-called cannabis social clubs.

The visitors can learn more about the possibilities of processing and using this universal plant. The palette is really wide and hemp can be used as a cure in human and veterinary medicine, a beneficial component of feed, food, dietary supplements or cosmetic and dermatological products. Its properties are also excellent in the textile industry, construction (hemp concrete) and also suitable for the production of other materials that can be used in industries and everyday life, such as ropes, ropes, insulation, seals, fuel pellets, paints, varnishes, glazes, lubricants, fuel or perhaps also growing mats or compostable plastics.

At Konopex there will be exhibitions dedicated to cannabis and related products. Cannabis seeds and seedlings with CBD content, growing indoor or outdoor equipment, but also exhibitors focusing on cosmetics, food or testing or processing not only cannabis, but also other medicinal herbs. Take advantage of the opportunity to meet the manufacturers in person and entrust your questions to professionals. Fans of solvent or solventless extraction, vaporization and various smoking supplies, from premium papers to handmade rigs and accessories, will be delighted.

The visitors will learn a lot of interesting information and news about the use of cannabis in self-medication and medical practice, in foods, food supplements, construction, industry and veterinary medicine. They can also look forward to an accompanying program including a professional conference and lectures, discussions, or a cannabis exchange. Last but not least, there will also be workshops, competitions and this year an afterparty, where they can continue the debates with exhibitors and experts in the cannabis sector.
