Zitadelle Spandau

Spandau Citadel, located in Berlin-Spandau, is one of the most important and best preserved fortresses of the High Renaissance in Europe. It is a landmark of its district and the scene of regular jousting and other events. Open-air events are often held here in the summer, as well as the popular Citadel Music Festival, which brings a host of well-known and unknown musicians to Spandau. Lenny Kravitz, Nena, Nine Inch Nails and Massive Attack have already performed at the Citadel Spandau.
