Zagroda Kurpiowska w Kadzidle
In May 1991, as a branch of the District Museum in Ostroleka, Zagroda Kurpiowska in Kadzidlo was opened to the public. It is one of the smallest open air museums in Poland. It is one of the smallest open air museums in Poland. On the area of 1,5 ha there are objects characteristic for the traditional wooden architecture of the Kurpiowska Puszcza Zielona from the turn of the 19th and 20th century. Three cottages, an arcaded granary called Œwiironek, a woodshed, a barn in which are located: a coach house and carpenter's and cooper's workshops, an oil mill, and a manege. The farmstead is furnished with the equipment used in Kurpie in the interwar period.
