Wolfrumova vila
Wolfrum Villa (more precisely Villa Carl Friedrich Wolfrum) is a historicist palace villa in a steep slope above the centre of Ústí nad Labem. It was built by the manufacturer Carl Friedrich Wolfrum. The building has a large garden with a swimming pool, water tower, grotto and other small architecture. In addition, the villa has two gatehouses built in the same style. Apart from the two gatehouses, the grounds have been listed since 1977.
The building itself has 4 floors, one of which is partly basement. Above this is the main floor with terraces which are linked to the lower part of the garden by a double spiral staircase. The façade is clad in sandstone and decorated with cornices, bay windows, balustrades and other details. The main entrance is located at the rear (northwest) of the building in a turret.
