Wojtek Mazolewski Quinted is made up of Mazolewski and the musicians of his quintet Marcel Balinski, Piotr Chęcki, Oscar Torok and Tymek Papior. Explosive concerts are a trademark of Mazolewski's music. He energetically combines tradition with modernity. The analogue sound of Wojtek's quintet, reminiscent of the masters of jazz, is combined with electronics and contemporary inspirations. Echoes of music by Miles Davis, Eric Dolphy, Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana and Aplex Twin are mixed in.
