Watsky

George Virden Watsky is an American rapper, author, and poet from San Francisco, California. Watsky performs slam poetry. Watsky's talents began to receive national and international acclaim in 2006 when he was the Youth Speaks Grand Slam Poetry Champion, and was also named Brave New Voices International Poetry Slam Champion.

Even as his hip hop has involved to include elements of rock, jazz, and orchestral arrangements, he has held true to his distinct blend of sometimes funny, often virtuosic, always honest wordplay.
