This will be the premiere edition of the Warsaw Feta. A festival of beer, wine and cheese. There will be workshops, discussion panels, tastings, meetings with industry experts, foodpairings and, most of all, two days of communing and tasting beer, wine and cheese.
The part devoted to cheese-making will be led by Gieno Mientkiewicz, a chef, gourmet by choice, cheese expert. On the wine trail, guests will walk with Mariusz Kapczyński, a journalist and wine critic, juror of national and international alcohol competitions, creator of the Vinisfera.pl portal. The beer scene will be hosted by Tomasz Kopyra, an expert in the brewing industry, founding member of the Polish Association of Home Brewers, PSPD and BJCP certified judge, beer critic, blogger and publicist (Piwowar, Agro Industry), vloger.
The festival, apart from the traditional form of sales, will abound in numerous workshops, discussion panels, tastings, meetings with industry experts, foodpairings, and winepairings. Together with Gien Mientkiewicz, the guests will have the opportunity to prepare desserts with cheese in the main role, taste the beer kombucha, prepare a board of cheese, listen to experts' discussions about the phenomenon of popularity of beer, wine and cheese.
