The W Studio series is designed for anyone interested in the ins and outs of music production and recording, with no prior experience required. It is an opportunity to take a look at one of the stages of an artist’s creative process, and to ask questions about it. The talks are moderated by Łukasz Warna-Wiesławski, curator and promotion specialist, founder of the Tańce label, and former co-curator of the Unsound music program. This conversation will be in English.

Ihu Anyanwu aka G.rizo is an artist, producer, singer and DJ working between Abuja, Nigeria and Vienna. Active in the scene since the early 2000s, she has worked with International Deejay Gigolos among others and now runs her label Hezekina Pollutina. The next meeting of the series will offer a look into G.rizo’s practice, and she will talk about dance music, house parties and community building in Austria and Nigeria.
