Výjezdní hra – Die Toten Hosen ve Východním Berlíně
Shortly after its formation, the Düsseldorf punk band Die Toten Hosen traveled to East Berlin. They sensed an opportunity to organize a now legendary secret concert in a church together with East German punks... in the middle of the GDR. The band members (Campino, Andreas Meurer, Michael Breitkopf, Andreas von Holst, and Trini Trimpop) performed on March 27, 1983, at the Erlöserkirche church (Berlin-Rummelsburg) together with the punk band Planlos from the GDR. At that time, punk was a new phenomenon in both German states. The documentary describes in detail for the first time the little-known history of this incredible journey. The film features members of this and several other punk bands, organizers, and fans. Die Toten Hosen performed for the second time on April 9, 1988, with the band Die Vision (Sebastian Lange, guitar, Uwe Niels von Geyer, vocals, and Jörg Müller, bass guitar) at the Hoffnungskirche church (Berlin-Pankow).
