Vec, real name Branislav Kováč, is a Slovak rapper and DJ.
In 1992 he founded the first Slovak rap group Trosky with Midi. His lyrics deal with political and social issues, among others. In 2016 he released the EP Domáce potřeby. The song Slovák won the Radio_Head Awards in the category Song of the Year 2018. Two collaborative albums followed – Ultrazvuk (2019), which he recorded with rapper Tono S. and Hudba k láske (2021) with singer Šimon Švidraň.
