United Islands 2026
The United Islands Festival will take place for the 23rd time in 2026. Once again, it will showcase musical discoveries from the Czech Republic and across Europe, running from April 30 to May 2. The festival will be held on Prague’s Štvanice Island and at a number of clubs throughout Prague. Over the course of three days, more than a hundred musical acts will perform, and there will also be a fantastic supporting program, live podcasts, and great food.
United Islands believes that music has value. They want those who create it to benefit from it as well. They want to involve fans and discoverers of new talent in financing the festival. They would like to be even freer and more independent than they are now, which is why they are introducing a voluntary admission fee. There will still be no turnstiles at the festival that you have to go through. We’ve prepared several categories for fans—ranging from a symbolic admission fee to more substantial support.
The bottom line is that United Islands wants a festival by fans, for fans—not for those who want everything for free. We’re with them all year round, not just for three days at the end of April and beginning of May. United Islands is no longer just about a few days a year. We’re changing. We’re growing. We’re connecting the islands.
