Cute Heels is a contemporary artist based in the Eurozone and Bogotá; grew up in the Colombia's capital during the 80's / 90's surrounded by a radical art scene evolved into the aesthetics, music and alternative tendencies. His sound is a sharpened proto – techno industrial.
