About Tomasz Tracz
Tomasz Tracz is a Polish tenor, graduate of the Academy of Music in Wrocław. In 2008/2009 he was a scholarship holder of the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Graz. He perfected his vocal skills under the direction of Roman Werliński. He is under the constant guidance of Kazimierz Myrlak. In 2009 he made his debut at the Wrocław Opera in “The Marriage of Figaro” by W. A. Mozart. In 2010-2011 he cooperated with the Musical Theatre in Poznań, where he performed in operettas, musicals and operetta concerts. From 2012 to 2015, he was associated with the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Centre of Art in Białystok, where he created, among other things, the role of Persecutor in the Polish premiere of the musical Korczak (award – Historical Event of the Year 2012). Participant of many festivals such as: XIV and XV Grand Tenor Tournament in Szczecin, Tenor Tournament in Szczawno-Zdrój, XII and XIII “Ave Maria” Festival in Czeladz, XIII and XV Leszczyński Music Festival, 46 and 49 Moniuszko Festival in Kudowa-Zdrój, XVI, XVII and XX Bydgoszcz Opera Festival, Arezzo Summer Music Festival, I and II Opera Festival. He has cooperated with the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok, the Castle Opera in Szczecin, the Silesian Opera in Bytom, the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, the Music Theatre in Poznań and Gliwice, as well as with music agencies in Poland and abroad.
