Tom Odell is a British singer, songwriter, and pianist who was born on November 24, 1990, in Chichester, West Sussex, England. He began his music career after studying at a music school in Brighton and later at the Institute of Contemporary Music in London.
In 2012, he signed a contract with the label In the Name Of, a subsidiary of Columbia Records. That same year, he released his debut EP titled Songs from Another Love. In 2013, he followed up with his first studio album, Long Way Down, which reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.
