About Tim Exile
Tim Exile is a music producer who is often classified as a škatulkám IDM, drum & bass or breakcore, but the simplest and most appropriate label his music could be “experimental electronica”. As a child he learned to play the violin and electronic music came into contact about twelve years. The first drum & bass release him to find his way in 1999. Between these music publishing house published the legendary Moving Shadow label and Beta Recording. With that met at the University of Durham, where after completion of philosophical studies continued education in the field of electroacoustic composition. His sound over time became more experimental, and his debut album “Agonist” already gave at the Planet Mu IDM publishing. Indeed, under this record has also been signed his new pseudonym, as Tim Exile.
Given that Tim dissatisfied with the current possibilities of DJing, programmed your own tools to be able to improvise during live performances. Past experience also helped him finally to his official employment at Native Instruments (development of music software and hardware). In 2009, he participated in a cover version of the song Jamie Lidell, which was released on Warp Records and in the same year the American clothesline escorted Imogen Heap. In 2012, he became part of a new project Mostly Robot, which has yet Jamie Lidell, DJ shiftee, Mr. Jimmy and Jeremy Ellis.
