The Picturebooks

The Picturebooks is a German garage and blues rock band, formed in 2009 as a trio. The band was formed in Germany, after musicians Fynn Claus Grabke and Phillip Mirtschink met at a skatepark, but the band's musical soul is deeply rooted in US and dirty rock'n'roll and blues. Initially they released albums under Noisolution - their debut, Lost of People to Kill, was released there in 2009. After two independent releases in Europe, the duo played at important European festivals such as Sziget and toured with bands such as International Noise Conspiracy to Spinnerette.
