Silent Planet

The quintet Silent Planet formed in 2009 in the town of Azusa, California. Affiliated with Solid State Records, they have four studio albums to their name, the most recent being 2021's Iridescent. Silent Planet's music is progressive metalcore, with lacy arrangements, post-rock landscapes and serious lyrics touching on topics including World War II, suicide, depression, displacement of Native Americans and human trafficking.
